Scenario workshops

Specific hypothetical scenarios are developed for small groups in which concrete threats to universities or their members arise, and which the groups are to examine under guidance. The objective of the scenario workshops is both to disseminate and expand knowledge of scenario analysis methodology and to raise awareness among key actors in the academic system and empower them to identify risks and vulnerabilities at an early stage and to build expertise, structures, and resilience strategies.
